Requirements
- University Degree in Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a corporate finance environment.
- ACA/ACCA qualification will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and support team members, promoting collaboration and accountability.
- Strong IT skills with advanced knowledge of Excel (experience with ERP systems such as D365 is an advantage).
- Fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end Revenue Cycle process, including invoicing and collections.
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of customer invoicing, ensuring alignment with contracts and internal policies.
- Assist in revenue recognition and month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
- Lead and facilitate reporting on monthly performance, including reviewing variance analysis on monthly results, identifying key drivers, and highlighting performance deviations to support management decision-making.
- Lead and develop the team, ensuring effective workload distribution, performance management, and continuous improvement
- Act as a key liaison between Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment.
- Support process improvements and system enhancements (e.g. D365), driving automation and efficiency.
