Sales Account Manager
Epsilon Net Cyprus, part of the largest Business Software Group in Greece with a full portfolio of specialized services and sales software solutions, is seeking a Sales Account Manager in Cyprus.
Responsibilities
· Identify new business opportunities and generate new leads
· Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs set by the company
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and technology developments
· Negotiate contracts, software licenses, and service agreements with clients
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with the Presales team
· Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
· Document all sales activities, interactions, and client data in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Requirements
· University degree in a business-related field, Information Technology, or a related discipline
· At least 2 years of experience in sales
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Results-oriented and self-motivated
· Strong command of the English language and advanced PC skills
