IBSCY Ltd is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a Sales Administrator responsible for coordinating the activities of the sales department and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be adept at prioritising tasks, self-motivated, and trustworthy, demonstrating commitment and initiative in managing assignments with minimal supervision. This position reports directly to the Solutions Director.
Profile of Ideal Candidate:
University degree in Business, Marketing, or Management.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with office management and basic accounting.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Secretarial Qualifications are a plus.
Fluent in English and Greek.
Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate sales activities to ensure efficiency and policy compliance.
Quote, price, and propose technology products and solutions.
Manage assigned accounts and client communications (phone, email, letters, packages).
Support budgeting and bookkeeping.
Handle procurement.
Represent the company at events.
Align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
Complete vendor sales training and certifications.
Monitor supply stock and place orders as needed.
Submit reports and prepare presentations/ proposals.
Assist sales colleagues when needed.
