Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established commercial printing solutions company with headquarters in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Consultant to join their growing team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding clients' needs, presenting appropriate printing solutions, developing new business, and managing the sales process from initial contact through to completion. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship-building skills with commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in finding the right solution for each customer. You will need to possess proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role, and be fluent in both Greek and English. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, and working hours are from 08:00 – 16:30 from Monday to Friday.
 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities across relevant market segments.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Meet with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Present and recommend appropriate printing, packaging, branding, and related solutions.
• follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to order confirmation.
• Work closely with internal teams, including production, design, estimating, and operations, to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and proactively identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
• Monitor customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, quotations, and sales activity.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Key Requirements: 

• Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/business software.
• Very good command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• A valid driving licence and ability to travel for client meetings when required.
