The Opportunity
You will join the Sales Function. The Sales Enablement & Training Executive plays a critical role in strengthening sales capability, ensuring regulatory‑compliant selling practices, and equipping the sales force with the right skills, tools, and systems to deliver sustainable business growth. Working closely with Sales leadership and key internal and external partners, the Sales Enablement & Training Executive supports both Face‑to‑Face and Employee Benefits sales channels in achieving their strategic objectives.
The Sales Enablement & Training Executive is responsible for enabling sales performance through the design, coordination and delivery of sales training and the effective implementation of sales‑related projects and systems.
The Sales Enablement & Training Executive acts as a key link between Sales, L&D, IT and external providers, ensuring that the sales force is properly trained, supported by fit‑for‑purpose tools, and aligned with MetLife standards, regulatory requirements and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales trainings to the sales force in collaboration with local L&D and F2F (e.g. product training, sales capabilities, CFA, Social Insurance and Tax‑related topics), ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements;
- Identify sales capability and training needs through close collaboration with Sales leadership and act as the liaison between Sales, L&D and external training providers;
- Plan, coordinate and support the execution of sales‑related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder engagement;
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales‑related systems and applications, providing functional guidance, business input and first‑level support to the sales force and key stakeholders;
- Serve as the main point of contact for sales systems, supporting communication, issue escalation, user adoption and continuous improvement;
- Coordinate with IT, vendors and cross‑functional teams for system enhancements, upgrades and implementations, representing sales business requirements;
- Support sales system rollouts by ensuring appropriate training, guidance and communication to the sales force;
- Prepare and deliver structured updates, reports and presentations to management and relevant stakeholders;
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of MetLife products, sales processes and the insurance environment to effectively support sales enablement activities.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field, we will also consider qualified by experience (relevant experience in employment)
- 3+ years’ experience in Sales Training, Sales Enablement or similar roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Greek and English;
- Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in training delivery or facilitation is an advantage;
- Experience gained within Insurance/Brokerage;
