Sales Executive Limassol Highrise

Sales Executive’s Duties and responsibilities:

• Meet with clients interested in properties and offer them real estate deals
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
• Prepare offers suitable to the clients
• Follow up the preparation of documents such as purchase agreements
• Coordinate the closing of property deals and ensure documents are signed and payment received
• Inspect the property before arranging a visit by clients
• Provide regular reports and update the CRM timely on a daily basis
• Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property and offer them deals
• Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
• Follow the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services

Requirements for ideal candidates:

• Two years of experience in the Real Estate Industry or Sales in Cyprus-Limassol
• Excellent written and verbal use of English language
• The knowledge of any foreign languages i.e., Russian or German languages, will be considered an additional advantage
• Maintain and develop relationships with present and prospective agents and key business associates
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• CRM - Salesforce experience is considered an advantage
