Job Description

Amandi Homes (A&M Hadjivasili Co Ltd) is seeking a driven and proactive Sales Manager to take ownership of lead generation, client engagement, and day-to-day sales activity across our residential projects.

This role is ideal for someone commercially minded, highly organised, and motivated to actively drive enquiries, viewings, and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

·       Handle client enquiries, registrations, and ongoing communication

·       Actively generate and follow up on leads to maximise viewings and sales opportunities

·       Promote and present company projects to prospective buyers and real estate agents

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners

·       Identify and pursue new business opportunities and collaborations

·       Prepare and maintain high-quality marketing materials and presentations

·       Drive marketing efforts to increase exposure and generate enquiries

·       Monitor market trends and competitors, and recommend pricing to maximise sales

·       Coordinate closely with management on pricing, negotiations, and deal progression

Skills and Qualifications:

·       Experience in real estate sales

·       Strong sales mindset with the ability to engage, persuade, and build trust

·       Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in chasing opportunities

·       Excellent communication and presentation skills

·       Highly organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple leads and priorities

·       Fluency in both English and Greek (additional languages will be considered an advantage)

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

·       Professional, reliable, and results-oriented

Advantage:

·       Experience in digital marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Bazaraki), including running ads and managing leads

An attractive remuneration package (basic salary + commission) will be offered to the successful candidate based on qualifications and experience.
