La Mer Homes is one of Cyprus' leading luxury villa management companies. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and ambitious professional to help expand our portfolio and build strong relationships with property owners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new villa owners
Conduct owner meetings and presentations
Negotiate and secure management agreements
Manage contract renewals and owner relationships
Monitor market trends and business opportunities
Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve growth targets
Requirements
Experience in sales, business development, real estate, hospitality, or tourism would be an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Fluent English (Greek is an advantage)
Valid driving lisence
