Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new villa owners
- Conduct owner meetings and presentations
- Negotiate and secure management agreements
- Manage contract renewals and owner relationships
- Monitor market trends and business opportunities
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve growth targets
Requirements
- Experience in sales, business development, real estate, hospitality, or tourism would be an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Fluent English (Greek is an advantage)
- Valid driving lisence
