Job Description
Position Overview
The Sales and Procurement Officer supports the Sales team by coordinating customer requirements, vendor pricing, quotations, procurement, order processing, renewals, licensing changes, stock-related activities, and related administrative processes. The role acts as a key link between customers, vendors, the Technical team, Administration, and Accounting to ensure that sales opportunities, procurement activities, deliveries, renewals, and customer records are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with company procedures. Although the position is offered on a temporary basis, there may be the possibility for it to develop into a permanent position in the future, depending on business needs and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers in order to understand their business and technical requirements
- Liaise with the Technical team to establish the detailed proposed solution and deliverables
- Liaise with Vendors to gather pricing and availability of products and services
- Create Quotes through Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision) and Excel, Word or Email where applicable
- Create new products in the ERP system
- Create Purchase Orders for the Vendors
- Create Sales Orders and Work Orders in the ERP and Ticketing systems
- Liaise with the Administration, Accounting, and Technical teams regarding procurement and delivery of orders
- Manage RMA process end to end
- Keep up to date with current and new products and services of the industry and the company
- Track and quote renewals for customers services.
- Add and Remove Licenses for customers through provided portals.
- Process Account Opening and Customer Contracts
- Update Customer Data
- Maintain the stock levels of the consumables and accessories required by the Technical team on a regular basis
- Conduct a yearly stock take and make necessary adjustments with the assistance of the Accounting department
- Other ad hoc tasks and duties related to the Sales Team.
Required knowledge:
- Knowledge and understanding of the ICT market
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English, as minimum, additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Very good hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
Additional knowledge which will be considered an advantage:
- Knowledge of Microsoft’s Cloud products and services
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central (Navision)

Remuneration and Benefits:
- Probation Period: 6 Months
- Salary: €1,700 Gross Monthly Salary.
- Bonus: Yearly bonus based on individual and company performance if the role transitions to permanent employment
- Working Hours: 08:30 - 13:00 and 14:00 to 17:30.
- Public Holidays: Official Cyprus Public Holidays.
- Annual Leave: 21 days.
- Sick Leave: 12 days.
- Overtime: This is paid when employees are requested and have approval to work for more than 30mins over their normal working hours, at a rate of 1.5 their hourly rate for Out of Hours and Saturdays, and at a rate of 2 for Sundays and Public Holidays. Overtime is extremely rare.
- Other Benefits: Medical and / or Provident fund will be provided after the probation period at a combined benefit of 3% of employee salary if the role transitions to permanent employment.
- Medical Insurance: In-Hospital Medical Insurance, which also includes a one-time per year Health Check. Medical Insurance will be provided if accepted and with the terms and conditions offered by the insurance company. Family members can be insured as well at our reduced company rate, payable by the employee.
