Responsibilities
Respond to calls from existing and new clients for various services and products
Return calls to prospected clients, to provide a basic outline of our service while collecting the necessary details
Obtain and evaluate all the information to handle the inquiries correctly
Report requests and other unsolved issues to the designated person or department
Provide support via phone and email
Record the information collected on our program
Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and guidelines
Recommending improved procedures
Any other duties that might be assigned
Required candidate profile
Fluent in Greek and English spoken and written
Good knowledge of Microsoft
Office, Excel and Outlook
Computer and typing skills
Organizational skills and ability to build relationships of trust
Pleasant personality and communication skills
Patience, endurance, composure and personal credibility
