About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile excellence across our development squads. This role is critical in enabling high-performing teams by championing Agile principles, removing impediments, and fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement and value delivery.
As a servant leader, you’ll act as the glue between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders — ensuring seamless communication, optimal workflows, and sprint success
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all core Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach and mentor the team on Agile values and Scrum best practices to build high-performing, self-organising squads
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and continuous delivery
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritised backlog
- Foster open communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and team performance
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and iterative learning
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a fast-paced tech environment
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum
- Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting multiple development teams
- Strong conflict-resolution, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to foster trust, accountability, and ownership within the team
NICE TO HAVE
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certifications
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence
- Background in software development or technical delivery environments
