Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers and providing excellent customer service
• Operating the cash register and processing sales
• Restocking products and maintaining shop displays
• Packing gifts and chocolate orders
• Keeping the shop clean, organised, and well-presented
• Assisting with general day-to-day shop operations

Requirements:

• Friendly and professional attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends
• Previous retail experience will be considered an advantage
