Job Description
We are seeking to recruit a highly organised, responsible and professional Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join our law firm in Larnaca.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the firm’s lawyers and will contribute to the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the office. The role includes handling correspondence and telephone communications, preparing and formatting documents, managing appointments and deadlines, maintaining physical and electronic filing systems, liaising with clients and external parties, and providing general administrative support.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, discretion and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.
