SECRETARY TO THE CEO
Reports to: PA of the Chief Executive Officer | Location: Limassol, Cyprus | Type: Full-time
Sigma Bakeries, one of Cyprus' leading bakery and fresh-food producers, is seeking a professional, discreet and highly organised Secretary to support the PA of the Chief Executive Officer. This is a key role at the heart of the company, ideal for a well-organised professional who enjoys working closely with senior management in a fast-paced environment.
The Role
Working directly with the PA and the CEO, the Secretary will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the CEO's office runs smoothly, efficiently and confidentially at all times. The role is central to the day-to-day coordination of the CEO's schedule, communications and correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO's diary, appointments and meetings, and coordinate internal and external engagements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, calls and messages on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare, format and file documents, reports, presentations and minutes of meetings.
- Organise meetings, travel arrangements and events, including logistics and follow-ups.
- Act as a point of contact for the CEO's office, liaising with departments, managers and external partners.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and an organised filing system.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
- Reports to PA and assist the PA at all levels.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a secretarial, administrative or office-support role; experience supporting senior management is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High level of discretion, confidentiality and professionalism.
- A proactive, reliable and detail-oriented approach, with a positive, can-do attitude.
