Marinakis Developers, based in Larnaca, is seeking a Russian-speaking Senior Business Developer to join our expanding sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing efforts in reaching new markets, building strong client relationships, and driving the company’s continued success.

 

Main Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and affiliate partners, ensuring excellent service.
• Manage the full sales process from lead generation to closing deals, achieving sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive growth.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Represent the company at meetings and events while supporting the sales team and ongoing development.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales
• Russian speaker
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Professional demeanour and client-focused attitude.
