As a Senior Cook, you will face challenges but will also be supported, with your contributions recognized and rewarded. Key Responsibilities:
- Familiar with large-volume cooking equipment in a modern kitchen
- Knowledgeable in all kitchen tasks and menu recipes
- Prepare starters, salads, soups, cold dishes, bread, and pastries for buffet or service
- Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards
- Able to replace the Team Leader and cover for colleagues as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Graduate of a Hotel School
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of local and international cuisine
- EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
