Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is looking for a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team at GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels. If you're passionate about food, thrive in a fast paced kitchen, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and health and safety across the team
• Stepping in for your immediate senior cook when needed, and supporting colleagues during busy periods or emergencies
• Following your superior's guidance with respect, while feeling free to share your own input and suggestions
• Preparing your mise en place and reviewing the daily menu closely to ensure everything runs smoothly, flagging any shortages to your superiors
• Lending a hand in other kitchen sections when your own is quieter
• Building your skills across all kitchen stations, so you're confident with every recipe on the menu and buffet offerings
• Operating large volume kitchen equipment such as grills, deep fryers, ovens, and salamanders
• Reading food order slips and preparing dishes accurately and efficiently
• Measuring and combining ingredients with care, seasoning and cooking to recipe or your own experienced judgment for consistent results every time

What We're Looking For

• A Diploma in Food Production from a Hotel School, or hands on experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards
