About us Established in 2008, Animaccord is an international award-winning entertainment company that develops, produces, and distributes animated brands globally. We are looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Communications Manager to lead communications for Animaccord and its growing portfolio of established and emerging entertainment brands. The role will strengthen our international media presence, shape the public positioning of our brands, and develop communications strategies that support the launch and long-term development of new franchises. You will combine strategic thinking with strong media relations and practical execution, adapting communications priorities and tactics as markets, media narratives, and audience responses evolve.
What you will be doing
Strategic Media Relations: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key journalists, editors, industry media, and other relevant media partners across priority markets, strengthening the visibility and public positioning of the company and its brands.
Reputation & Media Positioning: Support a strong and trusted public presence for the company and its brands through thoughtful, consistent, and well-balanced communications, including on high-profile, sensitive, or rapidly evolving topics.
Brand & Franchise Communications Strategy: Develop and lead communications strategies for Animaccord’s portfolio of established and emerging entertainment brands.
Franchise Launch Communications: Shape and implement communications strategies supporting the introduction and long-term development of new franchises across international markets.
Strategy Execution & Prioritisation: Translate communications priorities into focused plans and measurable activities.
Cross-functional & Internal Alignment: Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Legal, and other relevant teams to keep communications aligned with the company’s wider direction.
Brand Initiatives & Social Impact: Identify and shape relevant communications opportunities around selected partnerships, cultural moments, corporate responsibility initiatives, and public-facing brand activations, working with the responsible teams to strengthen their visibility and media impact.
What we expect
Significant experience in corporate communications, media relations, entertainment PR, brand communications, or a closely related field, including ownership of communications strategy and its implementation.
An established track record of building productive relationships with journalists and media partners and securing high-quality, relevant coverage.
Strong strategic judgement and the ability to navigate high-visibility, sensitive, or time-critical communications with discretion, diplomacy, and professionalism.
Excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of Greek would be an advantage.
The ability to move confidently between long-term strategic planning and hands-on delivery, while coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
What we offer
Full-time work under an employment contract.
Work from the company’s office in Limassol, with a possible hybrid working arrangement.
Salary range: €3,500–€4,000 gross per month, depending on experience and expertise
Annual performance bonus, medical insurance and an international working environment.
