We are seeking to onboard an experienced Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our Litigation Team, either as Senior Associate or as Partner.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of dynamic litigators and legal professionals and handle a diverse portfolio of high-caliber clients and complex cases across civil, corporate, commercial, financial fraud, and white collar criminal law.

For a Senior Associate role:

Key Responsibilities

• Handling all types of litigation matters with a high degree of autonomy

• Conducting court proceedings at all stages, including interlocutory applications, trials, appeals, and enforcement proceedings

• Advising a diverse portfolio of local and international clients on civil, commercial, corporate, financial fraud, and asset recovery disputes

• Drafting pleadings, affidavits, court applications, legal opinions, and settlement documentation

• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions

• Providing strategic, practical, and commercially focused legal advice

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services

• Conducting legal research and remaining abreast of legislative, regulatory, and judicial developments relevant to clients' affairs

• Supervising, mentoring, and supporting junior members

• Working closely with the firm's Partners on complex, high-value, and strategically significant matters

What We Are Looking For:

• Holder of an LL.B Degree

• Additional academic qualifications such as an LL.M, BVC or LPC will be considered an advantage

• Registered member of the Cyprus Bar Association

• Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in litigation

• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken

• Strong communication, advocacy and negotiation skills

• Proactive mindset and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently, exercise sound professional judgment, and manage client relationships effectively

• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative and professional approach
