CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an adult (18+) creator-economy company, with newly established operations here in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Media Buyer to join their growing team. As a Senior Media Buyer, you will manage and scale paid advertising campaigns. You will own the full paid traffic strategy, optimise campaigns for revenue and profitability, and manage advertising performance across multiple platforms. Our client is seeking applicants who hold 4+ years of hands-on media buying experience, with proven experience managing and scaling $100k+ monthly budgets in restricted verticals such as adult, dating, nutra, or gambling. You will need to have strong experience Meta Ads, plus Google and at least one native or adult ad network. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, along with fully remote working options, and flexible working hours.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Plan, launch, optimise, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and native/adult advertising networks.
• Manage advertising budgets and improve customer acquisition and profitability.
• Develop and test new ad creatives, audiences, and funnels.
• Maintain healthy ad accounts and ensure compliance with platform policies.
• Manage tracking, conversion events, and attribution using tools such as Keitaro.
• Collaborate with creative and chat teams to improve conversion rates.
• Work with an AI-powered buying agent to monitor campaigns and implement approved optimisations.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• 4+ years of hands-on media buying experience.
• Proven experience managing and scaling $100k+ monthly budgets in restricted verticals such as adult, dating, nutra, or gambling.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, plus Google and at least one native or adult ad network.
• Experience with tracking tools, server-side conversions, and postbacks.
• Strong analytical skills and a focus on revenue, customer value, and profitability.
• Experience managing account restrictions and recovering from bans without deceptive practices.
• Comfortable working with adult (18+) content and destinations.
