Senior Microsoft & Infrastructure Solutions Support Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Microsoft & Infrastructure Solutions Support Engineer to join our Infrastructure Services team in Nicosia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, supporting, and optimising Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers. This role requires strong technical expertise across Microsoft technologies, cloud services, virtualisation, networking, cybersecurity, and hybrid environments. As a senior member of the team, you will act as a technical escalation point, lead complex projects, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our managed and professional services offerings.
Main Responsibilities
• Be a senior member of the Infrastructure Services Team, working under the supervision of the Team Leader and acting as the technical escalation point within the team.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for Microsoft infrastructure environments, leading the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Design, implement, migrate, and support solutions based on:

◦ Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online / On-premises
◦ Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) & Active Directory Domain Services
◦ Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
◦ Microsoft Teams & SharePoint Online
◦ Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management
◦ Microsoft Defender Security Suite
• Lead infrastructure modernisation and cloud transformation projects.
• Plan and execute migrations to Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Implement and support hybrid identity and authentication solutions (MFA, Conditional Access).
• Deploy and manage security solutions aligned with Microsoft security best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud-related issues.
• Perform health assessments, system audits, and proactive maintenance activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical workshops, and solution presentations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring within the team.
• Participate in on-call and escalation support activities when required.
• Detect, evaluate, and remediate infrastructure weaknesses and application deployment challenges.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure and cloud support.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Microsoft solutions in managed services or enterprise IT environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
Preferred Certifications
One or more of the following certifications will be considered a significant advantage:
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102)
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100)
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• ITIL Foundation
