Why Join GCC?

This is an excellent opportunity to lead a commercially important function, take ownership of a diverse recurring-revenue portfolio and directly influence customer retention, profitability, service growth and GCC’s continued success.

Job Overview

GCC Computers Ltd is looking for an experienced, commercially driven and customer-focused Service Contracts & Renewals Manager to lead our Service Contracts & Renewals function and take overall ownership of our portfolio of maintenance, support and service contracts.

This is a key role connecting our customers, technology partners, Sales, Technical Services, Service Delivery, Finance and other internal teams, ensuring that contracts are effectively managed throughout their lifecycle, from initial agreement and renewal through to invoicing, commercial monitoring and ongoing customer support.

The successful candidate will be expected to operate both strategically and hands-on; providing direction to the function while maintaining strong oversight of key contracts, commercial negotiations, customer relationships and the overall performance of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of customer maintenance, support and service contracts, ensuring contractual obligations, deadlines and commercial requirements are effectively managed.

  • Lead, coach and develop the Contracts team, setting clear objectives, allocating responsibilities, monitoring performance and building the capabilities required for a high-performing function.

  • Define, own and monitor the function’s KPIs, including renewal rates, recurring revenue, contract profitability, customer retention, quotation turnaround times and the pipeline of growth opportunities, taking corrective action where required.

  • Monitor contract and warranty expiration dates and coordinate the timely preparation, submission and follow-up of renewal quotations.

  • Review and coordinate contractual terms and conditions relating to agreements with customers, suppliers and technology partners.

  • Monitor the financial performance and profitability of contracts, including invoicing, renewals and associated costs.

  • Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and follow up on outstanding customer obligations where required.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, discounts, allowances and other contract-related conditions with customers and suppliers.

  • Develop a strong understanding of GCC's portfolio of maintenance, support and professional services and identify opportunities to expand services within existing customers.

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to increase business within existing customers through renewals, upgrades, cross-selling, upselling and the introduction of additional maintenance, support and professional services.

  • Work closely with Sales and technical teams to develop and convert commercial opportunities, ensuring that customer needs are translated into commercially viable service offerings and proposals.
  • Ensure that contractual information is accurately maintained within the company's internal systems and is readily available to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Ensure appropriate internal communication of contractual obligations, service coverage, SLAs, warranties, renewals and other key information.

  • Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and the monitoring of contract-related revenues and costs.

  • Continuously improve the function’s processes, controls, reporting, tools and ways of working, promoting efficiency, scalability and a strong customer experience.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to the development of long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in service contract management, commercial management, account management or a similar role.

  • A university degree in any discipline will be considered an advantage.

  • Proven experience leading a team or function, with responsibility for setting objectives, managing performance and delivering results.

  • Experience managing maintenance, support, service or recurring-revenue contracts; ICT or technology-sector experience is a strong advantage.

  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, KPIs and commercial performance, with a strong understanding of revenue, costs, margins and profitability.
  • Commercially aware, structured and proactive, with the ability to manage both contractual detail and stakeholder relationships.

  • Strong understanding of commercial terms, contractual obligations, renewals, pricing and invoicing.

  • Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts and working with customers, suppliers or technology vendors.

  • Strong business and commercial acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs, assess commercial opportunities and translate data and market insight into practical business actions.

  • Strong financial and numerical awareness, including the ability to monitor contract revenue, costs and profitability.

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts, deadlines and renewals simultaneously.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.

  • A customer-focused approach, sound commercial judgement and strong attention to detail.

  • Previous experience managing or coordinating a team would be an advantage.

  • Very good command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.

What We Offer

  • Competitive remuneration package, including a 13th salary.

  • Annual performance-based bonus.

  • Provident Fund.

  • Group Medical Insurance.

  • Continuous learning and professional development opportunities.

  • Exposure to a diverse portfolio of technology services and leading international technology partners.

  • Clear career development opportunities within GCC.

  • Increasing annual leave entitlement, up to 25 days per year.

  • Wellbeing leave and complimentary days off.

  • Friday afternoons off during the summer period.

  • Paid sick leave allowance.

  • Company social and team-building events.

  • Paid maternity and paternity leave.
