The Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Service Sales Executive / Account Manager to join our team.

This role combines sales, client relationship management, and technical solution selling, with a strong focus on growing our recurring revenue through service and maintenance agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell service & maintenance agreements to new and existing clients
• Manage and develop relationships with an existing customer portfolio
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Prepare quotations, tenders, and proposals for security systems, services, and upgrades
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities (monitoring, CCTV, system upgrades, etc.)
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in sales or account management (preferably in technical/security/engineering field)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Organised, proactive, and target-driven mindset
• Basic technical understanding (security systems experience is a strong advantage)
• Fluent in English (Greek is an advantage)
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Valid driving licence
