Shift Leader

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Provide high-quality products and services in full alignment with the brand's standards.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and development needs of the restaurant.
• Attain the financial objectives of the company.

It would be beneficial if you:

• Have several years of experience in a similar position.
• Are well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Are familiar with software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Have a good financial understanding.
• Are fluent in both Greek and English.
• Lead by example, dividing time equally among employees and guests.
