Job Description

On behalf of our client, one of the largest construction companies in Cyprus, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Engineer.

 

Τhe Company is licensed as an A – Class Contractor, allowing to handle projects of any size and complexity. Due to its size and structure, the Company can operate with flexibly to match the needs of its clients. It has been in the market for over 60 years and has built a reputation for quality, efficiency and reliability.

 

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join the team of the Company and take an active role in the design, coordination and technical support of the architectural projects. The role requires a strong technical background, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and a practical understanding of the transition from design to construction

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor progress against programme, drawings and specifications.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure works are executed efficiently and safely.

Review drawings and technical details, identify discrepancies and escalate issues for timely resolution.

Prepare and maintain site records, progress updates, material tracking and technical documentation.

Support measurements, site instructions and verification of completed works for progress and commercial purposes.

Liaise with consultants, project managers and internal departments to ensure smooth site coordination and delivery.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Strong technical understanding of construction drawings, site execution and sequencing of works.

Organised, practical and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced project environment.

Clear communicator with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders on site.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

3+ years of relevant experience in site engineering or site supervision within construction projects.

Good understanding of concrete, finishes, MEP coordination and general construction processes.

Strong Excel and reporting skills; experience in large or complex projects will be considered an advantage.
