Job Description

CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a market-leading state-of-the-art engineering Firm with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Site Engineer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Site Engineer, you will coordinate façade installations, and monitor project progress, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, working closely with subcontractors, site teams, project managers, and suppliers. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, who possess at least 2+ years of experience in a relevant role, ideally with a focus on façade projects. Experience working with the FP PRO system is strongly preferred, along with sound knowledge of site coordination, quality control, and construction safety. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Monitor project schedules, track progress, and help resolve issues affecting site work.
• Oversee façade installations and coordinate with site teams and subcontractors.
• Review shop drawings, conduct site inspections, and maintain project documentation.
• Check that work meets project specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Coordinate material deliveries and communicate progress to project managers and other stakeholders.
• Work with the FP PRO system as required for project planning and execution.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction, preferably on façade projects.
• Experience with the FP PRO system is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of site coordination, quality control, and construction safety.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
