Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities across our projects in Limassol and the surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate should be able to read and understand architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, follow the sequence of construction works, and ensure that site activities comply with project documentation.

The role also involves identifying discrepancies, potential mistakes, and delays at an early stage, communicating issues to the project team, and helping prevent unnecessary rework.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site operations and coordinate site personnel.
• Manage and supervise subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Coordinate material orders and deliveries according to project needs.
• Maintain on-site records, track progress, and measure completed works.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Applications are welcome from both experienced and entry-level candidates.
• Previous experience in a similar construction site role would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project would be an additional asset.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a responsible approach to work.

Languages: English is required. Knowledge of Greek and/or Russian would be an advantage.
