Περιγραφή Θέσης

Αναζητούμε έναν/μια έμπειρο/η Επιστάτη/τρια για τη διαχείριση της συντήρησης μετά την πώληση και της διόρθωσης ελαττωμάτων σε ολοκληρωμένα έργα κατοικιών.

 

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

• Επιθεώρηση αναφερόμενων ελαττωμάτων και διεξαγωγή επιθεωρήσεων στο τέλος της περιόδου εγγύησης
• Συντονισμός, επίβλεψη και παρακολούθηση των εργολάβων και υποεργολάβων
• Διασφάλιση υψηλής ποιότητας εργασίας και συμμόρφωσης με τις προδιαγραφές
• Επικοινωνία με πελάτες και επιτροπές διαχείρισης κτιρίων
• Αναφορά, παρακολούθηση και άμεση επίλυση των ελαττωμάτων
• Τήρηση αυστηρών κανόνων Υγείας & Ασφάλειας

• Διασφάλιση ότι οι χώροι παραδίδονται καθαροί και κατάλληλοι για επανεγκατάσταση

   

Απαιτήσεις

• Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε εργοτάξια κατοικιών
• Καλή γνώση φινιρισμάτων, στεγανοποιήσεων και συντονισμού MEP
• Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση και συμπεριφορά
• Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
• Οργανωτικότητα, αυτοπεποίθηση και προσανατολισμός στην ποιότητα

• Ισχύουσα άδεια οδήγησης

   

Πρόκειται για μια πρακτική, client-facing θέση, κατάλληλη για έναν προδραστικό επαγγελματία με ισχυρή παρουσία στο εργοτάξιο και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to manage after-sales maintenance and defect rectification across completed residential developments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect reported defects and carry out end-of-warranty inspections
• Coordinate, supervise, and follow up with contractors and subcontractors
• Ensure high quality of workmanship and compliance with specifications
• Liaise with clients and building management committees
• Report, monitor, and close defects efficiently
• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations
• Ensure all areas are left clean and fit for re-occupation

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of site experience in residential construction
• Strong understanding of finishes, waterproofing, and MEP coordination
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Fluent Greek and good command of English
• Well-organized, confident, and quality-focused
• Valid driving license

This is a hands-on, client-facing role, suitable for a proactive professional with strong site presence and attention to detail.

Remuneration:
