Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring the smooth execution of civil works and installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring site progress, coordinating resources, resolving operational issues, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress.
Coordinate and supervise civil works and installation activities.
Plan, schedule, and allocate resources effectively.
Prepare weekly work schedules in collaboration with the project team.
Collect, validate, and provide site data for progress reports.
Communicate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Identify and resolve on-site issues to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and quality standards.
Support project management in achieving deadlines and project objectives.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
Previous experience in civil works and site coordination.
1–3 years of relevant experience in project or site management.
Familiarity with project management tools and practices will be considered an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate teams, manage priorities, and work independently.
Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and teamwork.
