The role:

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Developer to join a team of experienced engineers building and maintaining the platforms our customers and colleagues rely on every day. These include the CRM system at the heart of our customer operations, as well as new services developed using Spring, React and Kubernetes. You’ll spend part of your time developing new features and applications, while also improving and supporting existing systems in production.

This role goes beyond working through assigned tickets. You’ll collaborate directly with business teams to understand their needs, contribute to technical decisions on how best to address them, and take solutions through to production.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to turn requirements into well-designed technical solutions.

• Build and integrate full-stack applications using Java, Spring and React.

• Design and develop microservices and REST APIs in a containerized, Kubernetes-based environment.

• Improve the performance, reliability and usability of our CRM platform.

• Monitor, troubleshoot and support the applications your team owns, and help improve how we run them.

Your Profile:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a software developer.

• Strong Java skills, including Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.

• Solid experience with React.

• Experience building microservices and REST APIs.

• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (we use MariaDB and MongoDB).

• Comfort with Git and CI pipelines (we use GitLab and GitLab CI).

• Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).

• Clear communication and enjoyment of working with non-technical colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience with Quarkus.

• Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect or Keycloak.

• Experience with continuous delivery practices.

• Familiarity with PHP or VB.Net, since some of our older systems use them.
