Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Spa & Wellness Therapist to join our team and deliver exceptional beauty and health treatments to our guests. This role is all about creating memorable experiences through outstanding service, professionalism, and care.

What You’ll Do

• Perform professional treatments with attention to detail, efficiency, and high service standards.
• Provide expert advice on available spa treatments and body care products.
• Assist in promoting spa products to guests with full product knowledge.
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared before each service, following hotel procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and products used for repeat guests.
• Keep all spa areas organized, clean, and in line with departmental standards.
• Communicate effectively regarding guest needs, equipment, or service-related requests.
• Be knowledgeable about all spa facilities, activities, and services to provide accurate guest information.
• Report guest feedback and concerns to the Supervisor promptly.
• Follow all safety rules and uphold the hotel’s emergency and environmental policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Certification in Physiotherapy.
• Knowledge of massage therapy methods.
• Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred).
• A pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
