Store Manager – Gellissimo Lava Spot Limassol

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Gellissimo Lava Spot in Limassol. The successful candidate will be responsible for the store's daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, motivating the team, and achieving operational and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Lead, train and motivate the team.
• Ensure outstanding customer service at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders when required.
• Prepare staff schedules and supervise attendance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene.
• Monitor sales performance and achieve store targets.
• Handle customer feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in Hospitality, Food & Beverage or Retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of English (Greek is considered an advantage).
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
