Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters and documentation
  • Create, maintain and update departmental databases and electronic records
  • Ensure the proper organization, maintenance and updating of departmental files and records within the electronic filing system
  • Maintain accurate records relating to specifications, technical documentation, payments, projects and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to the department and assist team members with day-to-day operational requirements
  • Communicate with customers regarding payment terms, delivery schedules and order status updates
  • Coordinate project-related payments in collaboration with customers and the Credit Control Department
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure the smooth processing of collections and customer transactions
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely execution of customer orders
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling company and customer information
  • Undertake any other duties reasonably assigned by the Store Manager in support of departmental and business operations

Working Hours

The working schedule (38 hour per week) is structured as follows:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 09:00 – 18:30
  • Wednesday: 09:00 – 15:00
  • Saturday: 09:00 – 13:30 (two Saturdays per month on a rotational basis)
