Principal Objectives

The Store Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Production Team by delivering and retrieving Parts and Tools distributed from the Main Store as and when requested by the production team.

He/ she is responsible for supporting Production Team by:

-         Delivering parts and/or Tools as requested.

-         Retrieving Tools once work has completed and returning them to the Main Tool Store.

-         Retrieving any unused Parts and returning them to the MAIN Store for Reintegration

-         Coordinating between Main Store Hangar Production for any requirements

-         Collecting any Freight as required.

Job duties and responsibilities

In addition to the principal objectives, the Store Coordinator

1.       Ensures that all Part Numbers/Serial Numbers/Quantities are correct and as requested, prior to Delivery to  Production Team, from the Main Store, as per the associated IMR.

2.       Confirms that any requested Tool by Production Team, has a current Calibration Certificate as appropriate, included with the Tool, prior to delivery.

3.       Ensures that any Parts retrieved as UNUSED, are in their original SEALED bags with clear identification and segregation of Part Numbers and associated correct Batch Numbers, as listed on the original and attached IMR.

4.       Assisting with Freight collection as and when required and instructed to do so.

5.       Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1.       Fluent in English (verbal and written).

2.       IT literate

3.       Experience with ALKYM ERP systems will be considered as an advantage.

4.       Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and particularly Excel.

5.       Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

6.       Must be adaptable and able to work in a multicultural team

Holder of a Driving license to include manual car expertise.
