Job Description

Managing the purchasing and storage of products and raw materials is a key role in our luxury hotel operations. If you have the right experience and mind-set, the Stores Helper role could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect deliveries for freshness, cleanliness, and quality
- Monitor par levels and implement a First In, First Out policy
- Return near-expiry items to suppliers promptly
- Prepare and deliver daily departmental requisitions courteously and on time
- Keep all storage areas (dry, refrigerated, etc.) clean and organized
- Assist the Purchasing Officer with additional duties as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Greek and English
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
