Supply Chain Officer

Nicosia, Cyprus

As we further strengthen our operations in Cyprus, we are looking for a motivated professional to join our Cyprus team and support the daily operations of our Supply Chain.

The Role                                                                                                                            

As a Supply Chain Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and the smooth operation of our store network across Cyprus.

This role combines supply chain coordination, inventory management, logistics planning, and operational support, with a strong focus on ensuring product availability and maintaining efficient supply chain processes. You will work closely with internal teams, stores, suppliers, and logistics partners to coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities, monitor inventory levels, and support the continuous improvement of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day Supply Chain operations, ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted supply of products to the Coffee Island store network across Cyprus.

• Monitor inventory levels and consumption trends, contribute to demand forecasting, and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing shortages, excess stock, and waste.

• Manage and monitor purchase orders through the ERP system, ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and alignment with inventory requirements.

• Monitor supplier performance, order progress, delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with agreed commercial terms, timelines, and service standards.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new local suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure alignment with Coffee Island's quality and operational standards.

• Oversee inbound deliveries, stock receiving processes, and inventory controls within the Logistics Center, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.

• Coordinate distribution and delivery planning to ensure accurate and timely replenishment of stores across Cyprus.

• Work closely with stores and internal stakeholders to proactively address supply and distribution issues and maintain high service levels across the network.

• Monitor key supply chain activities and identify opportunities to improve inventory management, processes, service levels, and overall operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

·         Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.

·         Previous experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations or Procurement for at least 3 years.

·         Good understanding of inventory management and replenishment processes.

·         Experience working with ERP systems (ideally Entersoft) and MS Office applications.

·         Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

·         Excellent communication skills, both in Greek and English.
