We’re growing our business and looking for creative Sushi Chefs to join our team in Limassol (Mesa Geitonia) 

 

If you have an artistic eye for plating, care deeply about cleanliness and food safety, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, then you have a home at Ocean Basket.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Greek and/or English.
• Ability to follow on-the-job training and company standards.
• A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and passion for preparing and rolling sushi.
• Organized, reliable, and ready to perform in a fast-paced environment.

 

Duties:

• Responsible for the Sushi bar area, ensuring food quality and consistency.
• Prepare sushi, garnishes, salads, and related items to company standards.
• Strong Knife skills and ingredient preparation.
• Follow portion control, product packaging and presentation according to specifications.
• Maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards at all times.
