Monitor Total Support deadlines according to contract terms
Follow up pending cases awaiting spare parts
Communicate with Call Center, Complaints Admin, suppliers and repair partners to resolve issues and accelerate repair progress
Receive and deliver repaired products from suppliers and perform quantitative and qualitative receipt of customer products via courier or company-owned means
Update CRM/RMA repair status on a daily basis for active cases
Manage spare parts orders, monitor spare parts availability and check supplier spare part charges against approved offers
Characterize problematic products and inform Store Directors on repair progress issues where needed
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
High school diploma or equivalent
Good computer literacy and confident use of Office tools
Knowledge of returns and repair procedures
Good understanding of SAP, RMA/CRM applications and Microsoft Dynamics
Strong follow-up, accuracy and attention to detail.
Customer-focused mindset and ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, repair partners, Call Center, Complaints Admin and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple open cases and deadlines in a structured way
