Sfaria hosts business-critical applications for companies that rely on them every day. When something stops working, their business stops with it — so this role matters.
We're looking for a technical support specialist to build and run our hosted environments, and to look after the customers who depend on them.
What you'll do
- Set up new hosted environments for customers subscribing to the service — provisioning, configuration and handover
- Support customers running their business applications on our hosted infrastructure, from first contact through to resolution
- Windows Server administration — user accounts, permissions, updates, system settings
- Configure and manage Windows Firewall: IP restrictions, port management, reviewing access rules
- Microsoft Azure administration — verifying backups run correctly, basic storage management
- Manage remote desktop and application delivery environments
- Monitor server health, perform restarts and routine maintenance
- Troubleshoot server and user issues, and document how you solved them
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in IT support, system administration or a helpdesk role
- Solid grounding in Windows Server environments
- Networking fundamentals — IP addressing, ports, access rules, DNS
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Able to explain technical things clearly to non-technical business users
- Fluent Greek and English
- Independent and willing to take ownership — you'll be the person customers rely on
Nice to have
- Experience with remote access or application delivery platforms
- Familiarity with hosted accounting or ERP applications
- Backup and cloud storage concepts
- Interest in using AI tools to improve how support works
What we offer
- €1,400 – €1,800 gross monthly. 12 salaries.
