Job Description
Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is now recruiting for the position of Technician at Leonardo Boutique Hotel Larnaca.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to guest repair requests
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs
- Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and boiler systems
- Carry out guest room maintenance, such as plunging toilets, unclogging drains and repairing hardware, electrical equipment (including lamps), air conditioners/HVAC units and AC ducts
- Read and understand test equipment, measuring devices and safety manuals
- Communicate clearly with guests and colleagues to understand their needs and provide information and assistance
- Maintain the confidentiality of guest and hotel information
- Ensure the security of guest room access and hotel property
Requirements
- Previous experience in the same or a similar role
- Very good command of Greek and English
