JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Technician – Prefabricated Construction Assembly Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key member of our production facility, responsible for carrying out and supervising critical stages of the prefabricated building manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a broad, cross-disciplinary background in skilled trades, particularly plumbing, welding, window installation and roofing, and will understand how these elements are integrated into a modular or prefabricated structure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Structural & Mechanical Assembly

·         Welding & Fabrication

·         Plumbing Installation

·         Installing windows, doors, sheet-metal flashing

·         Blueprint Reading & Accuracy

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

·         Technical Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience across multiple skilled trades, modular construction, prefabricated construction or advanced carpentry/trades environments.

·         Cross-Disciplinary Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in at least three of the following areas:

·         Welding: Certified or highly experienced in structural welding and metal fabrication.

·         Plumbing: Strong knowledge of rough-in plumbing work in commercial or residential applications and compliance with relevant regulations.
