Test Technician – FirePro Technology Department

As part of the expansion of its operations, our Company is seeking to recruit a Test Technician to join the company’s Technology Department, based in the Agios Athanasios Industrial Area in Limassol.

Requirements
- Graduate of a Technical School or High School.
- Previous work experience in a technical position or in manufacturing / production environment.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
- Ability to follow technical procedures and accurately record test results.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) for data entry and reporting.
- Physically fit and able to work safely in a testing and industrial environment.
- Clean criminal record.
- Mature and responsible personality, with a strong willingness and ability to learn and comply with health & safety regulations and procedures.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility, consistency, and flexibility.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language both verbally and in writing.
Duties & Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will receive training and work under the supervision of the Project Manager and Technical Engineer of the Technology Department.
- Assist in planning and preparing the required tests to be carried out.
- Conduct tests according to the internal testing program, as well as in response to requests from external auditors, visitors, etc.
- Assist with the setup, calibration, and maintenance of testing equipment.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager in conducting trials aimed at improving the performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness of the Company's fire suppression products.
- Ensure that all testing activities comply with applicable health and safety standards and regulations, established protocols, and site/facility requirements.
- Maintain testing areas in a clean, orderly, and well-maintained condition at all times.
- Follow instructions of the Project Manager and Technology Director.
- Record and document test results and observations, prepare test reports and maintain testing records.
- Support investigations and root-cause analysis activities when required.
- Manage testing of consumables and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Take initiative, lead tasks, while also follow instructions and established procedures.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to achieve project objectives.
- When not engaged in testing activities, assists the Company's Maintenance Technician in carrying out maintenance-related tasks.
- Demonstrates willingness and flexibility in responding to the Company's needs and priorities, as communicated by the Director of the Technology Department.
Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Salary & Benefits
- Attractive monthly salary, 13th salary, annual performance bonus, and annual salary increase.
