Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious recent graduate to join our company in Limassol. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual looking to build a successful career within the maritime industry while gaining exposure to financial planning, budgeting and commercial operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Crewing Commercial team, supporting operational and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of annual budgets
• Preparation of new business offers to potential clients
• Preparation and monitoring of wage scales
• Collect, organize and analyze operational and financial data
• Prepare management reports, presentations and performance summaries
• Liaise with internal departments to collect information for budget purposes
• Maintain and update company databases, records, and reports
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc analyses as required
• Gain exposure to shipping operations, commercial activities and financial management 

Requirements

• Recent graduate (or expected to graduate shortly) with a degree in:
  • Shipping
  • Maritime Studies
  • Mathematics
  • Economics
  • Any other related fields will also be considered
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or work experience within shipping will be considered an advantage
