Independently execute crypto trades in line with approved strategies, trading limits, and internal controls.
Manage the trading workflow from execution through settlement, confirming that trades and transfers are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor positions, exposure, liquidity, PnL, and market risk; identify exceptions and escalate material risks promptly.
Work with exchanges, brokers, OTC desks, counterparties, and liquidity providers to support execution and settlement.
Send, receive, and monitor cryptocurrency transactions across relevant wallets and blockchain networks.
Verify wallet addresses, networks, transaction details, and confirmations before and after transfers.
Reconcile trading and wallet activity, and investigate trade, settlement, reconciliation, or transfer discrepancies through resolution.
Maintain accurate records and provide clear updates on treasury activity, exceptions, and risk exposure.
Follow security procedures and maintain strict confidentiality over trading activity, wallet information, counterparties, balances, transaction details, internal processes, and all other sensitive company information.
Requirements
At least 2–4 years of professional crypto trading experience, with demonstrated responsibility for executing trades independently.
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, market structure, trading venues, liquidity, and trade execution.
Experience managing trades from execution through settlement and monitoring positions, exposure, PnL, and market risk.
Understanding of risk management principles, trading limits, and internal controls.
Experience working with counterparties, brokers, exchanges, OTC desks, or liquidity providers.
Hands-on experience with crypto wallets, including sending, receiving, and monitoring transactions.
Understanding of wallet management, transaction confirmations, blockchain networks, and transfer-related risks.
Ability to investigate and resolve trading, settlement, reconciliation, and transfer issues.
Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
English at B2/C1 level or higher, with strong financial and business communication skills.
Forex trading experience is not required and will not be considered when assessing candidates for this role. The required trading experience is in cryptocurrency markets.
