Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

• Καταχώριση και επεξεργασία τιμολογίων σε λογιστικό σύστημα
• Έλεγχος τιμολογίων σε σχέση με τα συνοδευτικά έγγραφα και τις παραγγελίες αγοράς
• Προετοιμασία και εκτέλεση μηνιαίων πληρωμών
• Συμφωνία καταστάσεων και επίλυση αποκλίσεων
• Επικοινωνία με εξωτερικούς και εσωτερικούς συνεργάτες για θέματα τιμολόγησης και πληρωμών
• Υποστήριξη των διαδικασιών κλεισίματος τέλους μήνα

 

Δευτερεύουσες Αρμοδιότητες

• Διαχείριση παραγγελιών για γραφική ύλη και λειτουργικά αναλώσιμα (π.χ. είδη γραφείου, βιβλία αποδείξεων)
• Παροχή γενικής υποστήριξης στο λογιστήριο, όπου απαιτείται

 

Προσόντα & Δεξιότητες

• Πτυχίο στη Λογιστική, Χρηματοοικονομικά, Οικονομικά ή συναφή κλάδο
• Εμπειρίας σε παρόμοια mid-level θέση
• Καλή κατανόηση των διαδικασιών πληρωτέων λογαριασμών και βασικών λογιστικών αρχών
• Εμπειρία σε ERP / λογιστικά συστήματα
• Άριστη γνώση Microsoft Office, ιδιαίτερα Excel
• Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
• Ικανότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης χρόνου και τήρησης προθεσμιών
• Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα
• Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
