Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:

• Διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση τεχνικών προβλημάτων, με σκοπό την επιτυχή αποκατάσταση τους
• Συντονισμός και συχνή επικοινωνία με τον Τεχνικό Υπεύθυνο
• Παροχή πληροφοριών στους πελάτες για την ροή αποκατάσταση της βλάβης
• Λεπτομερής επισκευή συσκευών και ποιοτικό έλεγχο ολοκλήρωσης
• Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών σε υψηλό επίπεδο με στόχο την απόδοση ευχάριστης εμπειρίας

 

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

• Προσανατολισμός στην εξυπηρέτηση του πελάτη και αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων με εναλλακτικές προτάσεις
• Ομαδικό πνεύμα, ικανότητες ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
• Δυνατότητα συνεχούς προσαρμογής και διάθεση εκμάθησης νέων τεχνολογιών

Responsibilities:

• Close cooperation with the Senior Technician
• Diagnose simple or complex problems accurately and within a timely fashion.
• Provide customers with frequent updates on the repair status
• Detailed repair work and after service quality control
• Provide exceptional customer service through an efficient and high quality repair service.

 

Required skills:

• Customer service oriented and ability to handle issues effectively
• Strong work ethic within a team and ability to work well with minimum supervision
• Keeping up to date with latest technologies and repair technics
