Λογίστρια / Λογιστής — Πλήρης απασχόληση

Ιατρείο αναζητά λογίστρια ή λογιστή για πλήρη απασχόληση.

Καθήκοντα

• Καταχώριση και παρακολούθηση λογιστικών στοιχείων και παραστατικών
• Έκδοση και διαχείριση τιμολογίων και αποδείξεων
• Παρακολούθηση εισπράξεων, πληρωμών και συμφωνιών λογαριασμών
• Υποστήριξη μισθοδοσίας και συνεργασία με εξωτερικό λογιστή
• Τήρηση αρχείων και διοικητική υποστήριξη του ιατρείου

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

• Σπουδές ή κατάρτιση στη Λογιστική
• Προϋπηρεσία σε λογιστικές εργασίες
• Καλή γνώση Η/Υ και λογιστικών προγραμμάτων
• Οργάνωση, συνέπεια, υπευθυνότητα και εχεμύθεια
• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ιατρείο θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν

Job opening: Accountant / Bookkeeper — Full-time

A medical practice is seeking a full-time Accountant / Bookkeeper.

Responsibilities

• Recording and maintaining accounting entries and documents
• Issuing and managing invoices and receipts
• Monitoring payments, receipts, and account reconciliations
• Supporting payroll and coordinating with the external accountant
• Maintaining records and providing administrative support to the practice

Requirements

• Education or training in Accounting
• Previous accounting experience
• Good computer skills and familiarity with accounting software
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, responsibility, and discretion
• Experience in a medical practice will be considered an advantage
