Η εταιρεία συστημάτων ασφαλείας P.I.R Systems Ltd. με έτος ίδρυσης το 1994, ζητά να προσλάβει Γραμματέα με γνώσεις Λογιστικής για πλήρη απασχόληση. Τα κεντρικά γραφεία της εταιρείας βρίσκονται στην Λευκωσία

ΚΑΘΗΚΟΝΤΑ ΚΙ ΕΥΘΥΝΕΣ:

• Παρακολούθηση χρεωστών και πιστωτών
• Παρακολούθηση και ανανέωση συμβολαίων
• Τηλεφωνική επαφή με πελάτες
• Έκδοση Τιμολογίων και αποδείξεων
• Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων, email και άλλων μορφών επικοινωνίας.
• Αποτελεσματική λειτουργία και σωστή οργάνωση γραφείου

ΑΠΑΙΤΟΥΜΕΝΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ

• Λευκό ποινικό μητρώο
• Πολύ καλή γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας
• Πολύ καλή γνώση ηλεκτρονικού υπολογιστή σε προγράμματα word, excel, outlook
• Οργανωτικές ικανότητες, Υπευθυνότητα, εχεμύθεια & ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα

Ωράριο:

Δευτέρα – Παρασκευή 8:00-16:30

• Μισθός: Αναλόγως προσόντων και πείρας
