Job Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused waiter/waitress to join our team. As the main point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in delivering a welcoming, enjoyable dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. The role is fast-paced, hands-on, and ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in great hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests warmly, presenting menus and answering any questions
Provide recommendations on food, drinks, and daily specials
Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring orders are correct and well-presented
Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
Handle special requests, dietary requirements, and allergies with care
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Set up, clean, and reset tables before, during, and after service
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in dining and service areas
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Address guest concerns or complaints politely
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Requirements

Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not essential — training will be provided
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and reliability
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Good standard of personal presentation and hygiene
Basic numeracy skills for handling orders and payments
Knowledge of Greek and English (Russian is a plus)
