Job Description

The Waiters/ Waitresses is responsible for providing excellent service to guests at the restaurant/bar of our venue. This role requires professionalism and the ability to deliver an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a friendly and courteous attitude.
• Take orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
• Present and promote the menu, offering recommendations when needed.
• Maintain clean and well-organized tables and dining areas.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
• To serve all  food and beverage ensuring the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• To ensure that all Conference & Banqueting areas are kept clean, tidy and efficiently organized and stocked, including storage areas.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar capacity/ faction position in an established restaurant/bar/venue.
• Good Knowledge of English Language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of HACCP procedures.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification.
