The Waiters/ Waitressesis responsible for providing excellent service to guests at the restaurant/bar of our venue. This role requires professionalism and the ability to deliver an exceptional experience.
Key responsibilities
Greet and serve guests with a friendly and courteous attitude.
Take orders and ensure accurate and timely service.
Present and promote the menu, offering recommendations when needed.
Maintain clean and well-organized tables and dining areas.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
To serve all food and beverage ensuring the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness.
To ensure that all Conference & Banqueting areas are kept clean, tidy and efficiently organized and stocked, including storage areas.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar capacity/ faction position in an established restaurant/bar/venue.
Good Knowledge of English Language.
Excellent communication skills.
Good knowledge of HACCP procedures.
Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification.
